Mango Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 mangos, peeled,seeded and diced
  • 3 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 c pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • juice of one lime

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Stir to combine.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
  4. Serve with chips or on fish, chicken etc.
