Ingredients
- 2 mangos, peeled,seeded and diced
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 C chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 c pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- juice of one lime
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to meld the flavors.
- Serve with chips or on fish, chicken etc.
